This course is intended to positively change your perspective and attitude regarding college success.  Tools and techniques will be covered to enhance your natural learning ability.  Topics include but are not limited to: the attitude of success, time management, test success, note taking, reading for better retention, solving math and science problems, improving memory, etc.

After the completion of this course the student will experience improvement in the following areas: ability to solve math and science problems test performance and success organized and useful notes memory and recall time management motivation and attitude

Grading Criteria:
 
Course Attendance, Participation: 40 pts.
Homework Assignments:  40 pts.
Journal Feedback (Discovery and Intention statements) 20 pts.

You will be assigned a grade based on the following scale:
100  -  90  A
89    -  80  B
79    -  70 C
69    -  60 D
59 and below W
