March 14–April 29

Honors the best student designers, illustrators, igital filmmakers, and broadcast designers, animators and computer artists from design schools around the world. First place is $5,000 cash.

Many of these are sponsored by individual course/instructors within the Program; students within the Program, but not in the particular course, are invited to attend on a first-come, first-served basis.

RHONDA JEFFERSON SINGLE PARENT SCHOLARSHIP
    Full tuition-paid scholarship will be awarded to 2 recipients
    Stipend: $4,000.00 each
    Applicant must be a Single Parent; Must have 2.5 GPA or higher; Enrolled in 6 credit hours

MARY RUTH MARSHALL BLACK HISTORY SCHOLARSHIP
    Scholarship will be awarded to one recipient.
    Stipend $2,000.00
    Applicant must be of African American descent; Must have 2.5 GPA or higher; Enrolled in 6 credit hours
DOROTHY DICKERSON SCHOLARSHIP
    Scholarship will be awarded to one recipient.
    Stipend: $2,000.00
    Applicant must be of African American descent; Must have 2.5 GPA or higher; Enrolled in 6 credit hours

JOHN GLENN  SCHOLARSHIP
    Scholarship will be awarded to one recipient.
    Stipend: $1,000.00
    Open to all students; Must have 2.5 GPA or higher; Enrolled in 6 credit hours

PRESIDENT'S  SCHOLARSHIP
    Scholarship will be awarded to one recipient
    Stipend: $1,000.00
    Open to all students; Must have 2.5 GPA or higher; Enrolled in 6 credit hours

HOW TO BE A TUTOR. Apply to be a tutor throughTutorial Services and make $7.25 per hour while helping other students. Contact Tutorial Services on Cheyenne Campus in the Library, 651-4232.; on West Charleston Campus in Building D--Lobby, 651-5732; on Henderson Campus in the Writing Center, 654-7484.

HOW TO BE A TUTEE (one who gets tutored). If you need help you can go to Tutorial Services who will assign tutors on a first-come, first-served basis, pending the availability of tutors. Students may receive up to 12 hours of tutoring at no charge. The charge after the 12th hour is $8.00 per hour.
