Objectives:
To create verious creative techniques use filters.
Assignment General Outline:
Using a scanner to digitize a photographic images or use one of your digital images,
and Adobe Photoshop software, generate a creative techniques useing filters.
Procedures:
- Select a photographic images, scan the image and save to disk with
the file sizes of 4X5 at 200dpi. You may use a digital camera image.
- Select the image and copy it to the clipboard.
- Go to the Image-Canvas Size anchor the image to the upper left
then resize the canvas to 8"X10".
- Paste the image three time and move images into place.
- Leave one image as the original and take the other three and one at a time
apply a creatve filter effect to them.
- Lable each image as to what filter was applied (no more then two filters).
Requirements:
- Submit for grading, a final image that will be printed as an ink-jet image.
- Final image must have at least one section left as original with no filters.
- Final image must have filter names over the image it was used in.
