Reading 095

Reading 095 is a hybrid course. We use Angel, wiki, and other technology, but we meet in the classroom. We do not use a textbook, but we use topical articles instead. Assignments include creating a blog, creating a PowerPoint presentation for a semester project and, of course, reading.
One CCSD student said, " . . . . bringing in articles that relate to the students, you have helped us understand "how to read," and helped us to become better educators. I feel that I am using a lot of the techniques even with my little ones. . . . "
