Spelling 095 is a hybrid course. We use WebCt, stand-alone software, wiki and other technology to aid instruction and learning, but we meet in the classroom. The dynamics created by technology adds a dimension to improving one's spelling ability that is as exciting as it is interesting. For example, students do not write term papers for this class; they write blogs. If you have no idea what a blog is, do not fear; it's simply writing a log online in a private section for the course.
