| Program Description |
Radiation therapists deliver prescribed doses of radiation to cancer patients for therapeutic purposes. In fulfilling this primary responsibility, radiation therapists provide appropriate patient care, apply problem solving techniques and critical thinking skills in the administration of treatment protocols, tumor localization, and dosimetry; they also maintain appropriate patient records.

| What To Expect |
Students will complete classroom and laboratory skills instruction. Students will also be assigned supervised clinical experience in cancer centers.
