Bail Agent Pre-Licensing and Bail Enforcement Training

 

Nevada has some of the most detailed and comprehensive statutes on the bail bond industry, which is heavily regulated within the state.  Virtually every aspect of the bail bond business has a specific, and sometimes lengthy, corresponding regulation.  The College of Southern Nevada’s bail training was developed to help students gain a better understanding of this industry and what it takes to work within it as a bail agent or a bail enforcement agent. The bail training curriculum offered by CSN meets the requirements of the Nevada Department of Insurance per NRS 697.150, NRS 697.170, NRS 697.173 and NRS 697.177.
