The CSN Division of Workforce and Economic Development, located at the Sahara West Center, is seeking instructors to teach short-term, specialized assignments.  We offer a variety of non-credit and certification classes available to the community and local businesses.  Our classes run year round and are scheduled at various times and locations depending on the assignment.  We customize classes based on work competencies requested by our clients to help Southern Nevada businesses develop the skills of their employees.   Instructors are offered assignments ranging from assessment design and development of materials to facilitation of train the trainers or class instruction. Areas that we are currently seeking instructors include: English as a Second Language (ESL) / English Language Learner (ELL)            General Education Development (GED)                                 Electrical                     Plumbing                     Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Healthcare Chinese language Supervisory Training (bilingual English/Spanish is plus) If you are interested in a new and exciting teaching opportunity through our division, contact us via email at DWED@csn.edu.  Please specify what area or class you are interested in teaching and include a current resume. Instructors Wanted!     Energetic instructors with a particular set of interests, skills, and talents can cultivate their thoughts and passion and teach Community & Personal Enrichment classes here at CSN. Instructors who wish to pitch new ideas for future course development are more than welcome to share their thoughts and proposals. Potential instructors with special insight and appealing hobbies will enjoy interacting with students who share similar interests all while having fun and enriching our community.
