Please note that as of November 1, 2011 the OSHA OTIEC is charging a fee of $5 for new cards and a fee of $25 for replacement cards. All request cards received on or after November 1, 2011 must be accompanied with payment. We take credit cards, checks, money orders, I’m sorry we don’t take cash and personnel checks. Failure to include an acceptable means of payment will result in your request being returned to you and delay the receipt of the requested training cards. Please keep in mind we have 30-days to process from date of receipt of properly completed paperwork. It is your responsibility as an Authorized Outreach Trainers to make sure all requirements are effective as July 1, 2011, are met along with required payment to have an acceptable request. We have also received a directive from OSHA requiring the OTIEC’s to conduct audits and training site visits beginning in October 1, 2011. The OTIEC is required to conduct the audits and visits for the following reasons: complaints, repeated errors on paperwork and random audits. We may request a copy of your upcoming training schedule, which you are required to provide, so that an official from the OTIEC may observe your training session.
