Complete application and please submit proof of these requirements via e-mail at OSAHOTIEC@csn.edu  prior to register. Once you are approved, we’ll contact you to register. OSHA-THIRD PARTY REGISTRATION If you are paying for a class using a purchase order or company letter of authorization, please e-mail your company’s PO or letter to OSHAOTIEC@CSN.EDU or you can also fax it to 702-651-5934; Attention to OSHA Support Staff. After you e-mail or fax the documents please call 702-651-5921 or 702-651-5944 to complete your registration process. INTRODUCTORY TUITION DISCOUNTS A discount of 10% for open-enrollment CSN-OSHA education center classes is available for the followings: •          A current member of the American Society of Safety Engineers (ASSE) •          Current students within two year of attendance •          Instructors from Southern Nevada building trades You will need to e-mail to OSHAOTIEC@csn.edu or fax to 702-6581-5934 a copy of your current membership card. For current students, you will need to provide your student ID number. REGISTRATION GENERAL INFORMATION Payment for classes must be received at the time of registration. If payment is not received at that time, you will be purged from the class the same day without notice. Credit card payments are accepted when registering online or by phone. Credit cards accepted are: American Express, Master Card and Visa. Be sure to provide a valid e-mail address, your class confirmation and transaction receipt will be sent to the e-mail in your student profile. If you do not have an e-mail address, no problem, you can register by phone, by mail, by fax or in person. WAYS TO REGSITER AND PAY Online: The Division of Workforce and Economic Development-OSHA Programs invites you to register with our new Web Registration System. We hope you will find the registration experience to be easier, more efficient and more convenient than ever. If you have not used this registration system, you should start by creating a new student account. If you have taken classes with the College-DWED –OSHA programs before April 2011, you will still be required to create your new student profile. All you need is an e-mail address. Just follow these simple steps: 1.         Go to www.csn.edu/workforce     2.         Click the button labeled “Registration” 3.         Click the “Sign In” link on the left side 4.         Login with your username and password or create a new student profile You are ready to select your classes. You will find simple step-by-step instructions as you continue. Walk-in: You may register in person with credit card, check or money order at the Registration Office located at: Sahara West Center 2409 Las Verdes ST. You may however transfer your fee to another class by following these instructions: you must request a transfer seven (7) calendar days prior to the start date of the class in which you are currently enrolled. If you fail to request your transfer within the seven day period of time, you will forfeit your tuition fee. If you have questions about transferring your class, please call (702) 651-4747 to request assistance.
