Cancellations and Refunds

PLEASE NOTE: ALL MOTORCYCLE CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS, NO TRANSFERS! Unless a separate policy is stated for a specific class the following applies to all cancellations and refunds. Please read the course descriptions carefully as there are a few courses that are non-refundable i.e., Motorcycle Rider Courses, Horsemanship, Kayaking, etc. If CSN cancels a class, you will automatically receive a full refund. Please note that we make all reasonable attempts to notify students of changes or course cancellations. It is recommended that you call Registration (651-5790), the day prior to your class to confirm time, site and location.

CSN Continuing Education reserves the right to discontinue, postpone, cancel classes, change instructors or change class locations.

Refunds are issued if written request is made: 5 working days prior to start of class. Please choose your classes carefully, work schedule changes, business trips, vacations, childcare issues will not be taken into consideration for exceptions to the refund policy. A $10 processing fee will be deducted. Once a class has begun there will be no refunds issued. You may fax your refund request to (702) 651-4538. You may mail your request to: CSN WED Registration Refund, 2409 Las Verdes KIB, Las Vegas, NV 89102. Please allow up to three weeks for your refund to be processed.
