TO REGISTER:
- Register by telephone, mail, fax or in-person at any of our registration offices.
- Please note: UNPAID REGISTRATIONS WILL BE CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE.
- You will NOT receive enrollment verification. Be sure to keep track of your class dates, times and location.
- Students under the age of sixteen must have approval from a parent, the instructor and CSN prior to attending any class where age allowances are not already stated within the schedule description. If a parent enrolls with their child, exceptions will be made.
- A $5 first time new student fee will be assessed to all new students registering for class
TO PAY:
Please keep in mind that the REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT PAYMENT. Payment must be received on the same day as registration of it will be cancelled without notice.
- In-person: Payment can be received at CSN campus Bursar office (where tuition is paid): Campuses are located on West Charleston in Las Vegas; Cheyenne Avenue in North Las Vegas, Henderson on College Drive and the Summerlin HTC on Pavilion Center Drive. The Boulder City campus will take limited registrations, but please call first

- On-line: credit card only (YOU MAY NOT DROP A CLASS ON-LINE AND YOU MUST PAY FOR YOUR CLASS THE SAME DAY OR IT WILL BE PURGED) New students enrolling on-line may experience a 48 hour delay in processing their student ID number.

Cancellations and Refunds
PLEASE NOTE: ALL MOTORCYCLE CLASSES ARE NON-REFUNDALBE! NO EXCEPTIONS, NO TRANSFERS! Unless a separate policy is stated for a specific class the following applies to all cancellations
and refunds. Please read the course descriptions carefully, as there are a few courses that are non-refundable i.e., Motorcycle Rider courses, Horsemanship,
Kayaking, etc.
If CSN cancels a class, you will automatically
receive a full refund.
Please note that we make all reasonable attempts to notify students of changes or course cancellations. It is recommended that you confirm your registration by calling registration at 651-5790.
CSN reserves the right to discontinue, postpone, cancel classes, change instructors or change class locations.
Refunds are issued under the following circumstances: If you would like a refund, we must receive a written request at least five working days prior to the schedule first class meeting.
If you register 5 days or less prior to the start date of class, you will not be eligible for a refund. A $10 processing fee will be deducted. Once a class has begun there will be no refunds issued. Work schedule changes, vacation plans, business, travel, childcare, etc. will not be accepted for refund requests. You may fax your refund requests to: 651-4538 or mail your requests to: CSN WED Registration Refund, 2409 Las Verdes, Las Vegas, NV 89102.
Please allow up to three weeks for your refund to be processed. Your refund will be mailed to you at the address provided by you to CSN when you’re enrolled in the course. Reminder: If you enroll yourself and/or a family
member, friend (any additional person in a class, if the course is cancelled, the refund will be mailed to the name of the enrollee regardless of who paid for the registration fee unless a corporate account is established in advance

Use the registration form on the next page. Make checks or money orders payable to the Board of Regents or you may use: American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover Card and mail to: CSN DWED Registration, 6375 West Charleston, W16D, Las Vegas, Nevada 89146. NO CASH PLEASE.
IN PERSON:
Walk-in registration is accepted at the West Charleston campus, 6375 W. Charleston, Building D (Registration), Cheyenne Campus, 3200 E. Cheyenne (Registration), Henderson Campus, 700 College Drive, Henderson and Summerlin Center, 333 Pavilion Center Dr. (Student Services). Limited registration is available at the Boulder City Campus, 700 Wyoming, Boulder City (Student Services).
