CPSD301 Job Search Workshop Students are initially assessed for computer literacy and job skills followed by 4-days of intense training including typing, MS Windows, and MS Office with a focus on word processing. In addition effective online job search techniques, helpful interviewing skills; how to dress appropriately for a job interview, how to create a free web e-mail account; and completing online job applications and attaching resumes to email is covered. At the end of this course you will have polished your resume, cover letter and interview to effectively search for the job of your choice in today’s market.
CRE308 Understanding Nevada Foreclosures This course is designed for investors, and real estate or mortgage professionals. Taught by a dual licensee, you will gain a complete understanding of the State of NV foreclosure process, types of foreclosures, homeowners rights, realtor/lender responsibilities, how to stop a foreclosure and more! CRE309 Advanced Foreclosure Seminar This course is designed for investors, and real estate or mortgage professionals and is a continuation of Understanding NV Foreclosures. After a brief review of the NV Foreclosure process, you will learn how to evaluate properties, trustee sales, short sales and foreclosures. In addition the purchase of foreclosure trusts and deeds an deeds will be presented. Finally, the instructor will provide information on how to purchase foreclosures with a federal tax lien with little or no financial risk. Realtors or Lenders attending this class will receive 4 hours CE as approved by either The State of NV Real Estate Division or Mortgage Lending Division.
CRE312 Understanding the Short Sales Process This course is designed for investors, and real estate or mortgage professionals. The recent mortgage meltdown is resulting in short sales of real estate as an alternative to foreclosure or bankruptcy. CRE321 HO Series: Selling a Home in a Buyers Market (NEW) This course presents an unbiased view for anyone desiring to sell a home in today’s market. You will learn how to price your home to get the most money for your home or your real estate investment in a buyer’s market, the advantages and disadvantages of selling yourself vs. a realtor, and “staging” your home for sale. Our real estate and loan specialist will provide you the facts on foreclosure and what you can expect in the next few years. This course will present both sides of lease options for buyers and sellers.
