CSN-DWED prison program belongs to a community organization called C.R.E.A.T.E. ( Collaborative Re-entry Efforts And Actions Through Employment). C.R.E.A.T.E. works collaboratively with public and private entities to assist defendants or ex-offenders with reentry back into the society through developing gainful employment opportunities and promoting self sufficiency, while recognizing community safety.

C.R.E.A.T.E. comprises of various community organizations, they are as follows: Las Vegas – Clark County Urban League, District of Nevada Probation Office, Nevada Department of Public Safety, EVOLVE, Teamster Local 631, DETR (Nevada Department of Employment, Training and Rehabilitation), Fit for an Independent Tomorrow, Nevada Department of Corrections, CORNELL, Choices Group, Inc., Help of Southern Nevada, Nevada Partners, and Department of Labor USA.

On May 21, 2008 C.R.E.A.T.E. hosted its 1st annual job fair strictly for ex-offenders. This fair gave ex-offenders the opportunity to meet with a number of top Nevada employers who hire ex-felons.
